🌿Peace Retreats — A Gentle Day of Stillness, Nature & Inner Calm

The Peace Retreat is a day designed to help you pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself in the beautiful surroundings of Staplehurst Grange. Hosted by Woodland Orchid, this experience blends nature, gentle movement, creativity and soothing energy work to guide you back to a sense of inner peace. You’ll begin at The Quirky Teapot before walking down to our woodland yoga space, enjoying nourishing food, mindful creativity and a deeply restorative closing session beneath the oak tree.

Your day is held by three wonderful practitioners:

Louise — guiding a gentle yoga flow under the woodland canopy.

Natalie — leading a mindful, intention setting, creative summer‑wreath workshop.

Toni — closing the retreat with her intuitive light language and sound healing.
