This marks the second tea-tasting workshop organized by Emily at The Quirky Teapot. Emily, a certified Herbalist, is dedicated to assisting and empowering others on their healing journey (please see her website for more information). In this session, she will not only discuss the herbs and their benefits but also provide a tea tasting experience and guide you in creating your own tea blend for a tea-drinking ritual. Additionally, Emily will lead a guided journaling session inspired by the Spring Equinox, aimed at fostering balance, renewal, and a deeper connection with the season.
