In this busy world and the stresses of life, it's even more important than ever, we take time for ourselves and re-connect with love and compassion to the gentle sides of ourselves. To nurture and remind ourselves of who we are. To create time and space for ourselves and to have positive reminders to help us get through the tough times or uplift us further when we're feeling good.

I offer this workshop because I know these things from experience. They are things I've forgotten and lost site of in times of stress, but recently I have been reminded of the power of meditation, of journaling and of art. I want to help remind you too.
